Yes! I do offer specific youth programs. They are the Elite Youth Program, Athletic Edge: Athlete Mentoring, or Youth Nutrition Coaching. These are all geared toward youth under 18. Upon the purchase of a plan, I will be obtaining approval from the parent before a session is held.

Nutrition changes take longer to show results than workouts. A 12-week nutrition plan gives your body time to adapt to new eating patterns, stabilize metabolism, and build sustainable habits. Our 8-week workout cycle maximizes strength and muscle gains through intense training, followed by a recovery period to prevent overtraining. I can customize the timeline to fit your goals! If you purchase a plan through the website (unless it’s a package), you can schedule your session before checking out!
